What business related device usage information helps us increase the Ctouch Rivia's customer value?
Context
CTouch is a supplier of (large) smart touchscreens. Their touch screens enable people to cooperate, collaborate and to share knowledge while working remote or in the same room.
The Ctouch Rivia is a modular smart TV that runs Android. It is used in business environments and schools. Currently there is no insight into how the device is used.
