Each concept demonstrated potential in capturing user attention and providing an engaging feedback experience. The following common themes emerged:

Call-to-Action Signage: Clear and visually appealing signage is critical for attracting participants.

Based on the insights gathered, the next phase will focus on:

Refining the top-performing concepts.

Combining elements from all four concepts to create a single, cohesive feedback machine.

Conducting additional tests with larger and more diverse participant groups.

Exploring opportunities to integrate digital features (e.g., QR codes) for seamless data collection.

This iterative approach ensures that the final feedback machine will not only be engaging and interactive but also effective at collecting high-quality data.

About the project group

The goal of this project is to design an engaging and gamified data collection system that increases user participation and improves the quality of responses. Traditional surveys often fail to capture the attention of participants or elicit meaningful feedback due to their lack of interactivity. To address this challenge, we conceptualized and tested four innovative feedback machines, each aimed at making the process more dynamic and enjoyable.
