Posture Play

Project description

Our project was to make a game for the Fontys Sporthogeschool for their students to get a better understanding of posture with simple movements.

Context

The context for this project was Education, since it was made for students of the Sporthogeschool. The game was made for mobile use, for students to play in their free time while also learning.

Results

The TRL of the game currently is a 4. The game was tested at the Night of the Nerds event in Eindhoven. Main results were that controls for mobile use should be refined and more context should be given per level. Currently there are 2 playable levels and 1 more in the making. Teachers at the Sporthogeschool were happy with the approach and results of the first two levels, keeping in mind how the body should be positioned in real life.

About the project group

The main product of this project was a game made with Unity 3D. The project consisted of 4 sprints that each were 2 weeks long.
