ICC Cleaner Side

Project description

How do we make the process of registering as a cleaner (as well as the process of finding a cleaner as a client by a company) sustainable, pleasant, and as non-problematic as possible?

Context

ICC Realm has the desire to build the cleaner end of their cleaning service application and website.The reason for this is that cleaners are a crucial part of their business, because they need to actually clean for their clients.

This is why they require a cleaner end of their application and website, To sign up and see/use other processes. The cleaner part of the application still needs to be designed and develop by working closely with the development team. For this reason, our group has been tasked with solving this.

In the desired situation their website and app are designed, developed, and tested. By doing this project we aim to become better at media and software and all the other parts that come along with those competencies. Inspiration can be taken from successful companies like Airbnb and Uber.

Results

The delivered products are in the form of a high-fidelity prototype showcasing the cleaner's profile, settings, and also the flow where cleaners can select a job fitting their specific skillset, together with an advise document for future iterations/products based on research. Together with a partially developed website that is developed mobile-first.

About the project group

Our project group specializes in media design and mobile app development (iOS). We're a combination of different cultures, making it as international as our project name.
