Project description

To support its outreach and lead-generation strategy, we developed an interactive AI experience platform that allows business users to explore practical applications of artificial intelligence in their daily work. The platform features a set of guided assistants and chatbots that simulate real business tasks, giving users hands-on experience with AI-powered tools. Rather than relying on static demos, the platform encourages active exploration by allowing visitors to compose emails, generate contracts, write job postings, and create client-ready quotes. It also includes an integrated chatbot to assist users along the way. The project focused on designing an intuitive and accessible interface that lowers the barrier to entry for non-technical users, while simultaneously offering Echovise valuable engagement insights and lead opportunities.

Context

Echovise is an AI-driven company based in Eindhoven, focused on optimizing business processes for small to medium-sized enterprises. Many of these businesses express interest in AI but lack the time, knowledge, or resources to adopt it effectively. This platform was created to close that gap by providing a lightweight, self-guided environment where users can directly engage with AI tools built around common business challenges. By offering task-specific assistants tailored to real-world needs—such as communication, legal documentation, recruitment, and quoting—the platform gives users a tangible sense of AI’s impact. It also serves as a non-intrusive lead-generation channel, where meaningful usage data and optional contact forms help Echovise identify businesses ready to take the next step toward AI integration.

Results

The current version of the platform includes four task-specific assistants—Mail, Contract, Job Post, and Quote—each powered by large language models and designed for clarity, usability, and contextual relevance. A general-purpose chatbot is also embedded to assist users as they explore the tools. The system is functional and demonstrates clear potential, but is still in early-stage development (TRL 3). Usability testing has begun, and initial feedback shows strong interest in the assistants’ practical applications. As it stands, the project successfully provides a realistic, self-guided AI experience for SMEs and forms a foundation for continued iteration and business development.
