Project description
Find a solution to enable the Eclipse Foundation to schedule all their marketing events, while integrating with their existing ecosystem.
Context
The Eclipse Foundation is a global non-profit supporting over 420 open-source projects. It’s marketing team oversees a lot of activities concerning their promotion. All related data is currently scattered across spreadsheets, making it difficult to track and analyze. To address this, we are working on an open-source application to track and visualize this data. The project will roughly be a planning app in calendar form, in which the teams can manage all their promotional activities. Within the application overseers will be able to view, filter and extract this data for their needs.
Results
A smart-calendar with integrations to different platforms already part of the Eclipse ecosystem.
