Project description
This project focuses on automating the solution file saving process. Previously, consultants had to manually download solution files as ZIP files and upload them to the correct location themselves. The new solution automates this workflow by using Power Automate to create a ZIP file in the client environment, transfer it to the Bravx environment and store it in the appropriate location.
Context
Bravx regularly manages and stores solution files for multiple client environments. The existing manual process was time-consuming, repetitive and prone to human error. To improve efficiency and consistency, Bravx required a standardised and automated approach for handling solution files.
Results
We developed and implemented an automated solution that manages the complete solution file saving process. The Power Automate flow automatically creates, transfers and stores the solution files without manual intervention. The result is a more efficient and reliable process with reduced manual effort and a lower risk of errors.
About the project group
We are a group of four Semester 6 and 7 students from the Strategic Information & Data Architecture semester.
