Project description

This project focused on digitizing employee scheduling using AI.

Context

Kempenhaeghe is a specialized healthcare center in the Netherlands that focuses on complex epilepsy, sleep disorders, and neurocognitive development. Within this setting, efficient and flexible staff scheduling is essential to ensure continuous, high-quality care for patients.

Results

We developed a digital application using AI and documented it thoroughly to ensure that the next group can easily take over and continue the work.

About the project group

We are a team of six members, four of whom are software engineering students. We worked on this project throughout the semester and completed it in phases.
