Onboarding Chatbot
Project description
Employees at Bierens don’t possess sufficient knowledge about case handling procedures. This is because documentation is scattered across the company hence hard to find. We came up with a solution where we use a chatbot to assist with finding and understanding documentation.
Context
This project is focused on developing an LLM-powered conversational knowledge assistant that enables staff at Bierens to retrieve, reference and explain documentation with high accuracy according to domain experts.
Results
For the prototype we have only focused on the intake department at Bierens. We made a working functional prototype, where the users can ask specific questions about accept/reject a case.
