Project description
Besides their primary line of service, BAEKEN provides onboarding for the program Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) to their customers. Currently BAEKEN has no standardized process in place to support the onboarding for OPC. To better manage the expectations of future customers, BAEKEN want to develop a support tool for their customers. This tool needs to guide customers through the onbaording process and let BAEKEN support their customers with the software implementation of OPC.

BEAKEN is a company that provides project management for dynamic and complex construction projects. They not only help facilitate insight in time-, quality- and cost-management, but also support with risk-, stakeholder- and change-management. Currently BAEKEN is setting up an IT Department that supports customers with software implementations that need to be done during their projects.
Results
We have deveoped a portal for BAEKEN that guides customers through the onboarding process of OPC. Next to that we have performed an extensive analysis mapping the processes related to the customer journey for OPC.
