Project description

The main challenge of our project was:

"How would Megawatt operate if it were founded today, with AI at its core?"

Instead of simply adding AI tools to an existing company, we explored how a new version of Megawatt could be built from scratch, where AI agents handle key business tasks like planning, communication, and task execution.

We researched:

• Which tasks in Megawatt’s workflow can be automated.
• How AI agents can work together and make decisions.
• How to design a digital twin of the company, powered by AI.

Context

This project is part of the creative advertising industry, focused on improving how marketing and branding companies like Megawatt work. The system we designed helps creative teams work more efficiently by letting AI handle planning, task creation, and communication.

Results

At the end of the project, we delivered:

• A working AI prototype (Proof of Concept) that shows how AI agents can complete real business tasks.
• A web application where the AI agents collaborate and create files.

We validated the value of our product in different ways:

• Feedback from stakeholders (Helpr) during weekly meetings.
• Sprint reviews to show progress and collect input.
• User testing of the prototype to check if it was easy to use and useful.

About the project group

Our project is called (RE)START YOUR BUSINESS. We imagined how the creative marketing agency like (Megawatt) would look if it started in 2025, using AI from the very beginning. Instead of just adding AI to an old company, we created a completely new company with AI at the center of everything.

The project ran from February to June 2025, with our team working four days a week. We used an Agile sprint approach to research, design, and build the system step by step. Some of the main tools we used are React, Node.js, Langchain, Jira, and GitHub.

Our team has four members:

• Shams and Ivana studied Media Design ICT.
• Arkan and Georgi studied ICT and Software.

We worked closely with our stakeholders from Helpr and Megawatt to make sure our idea was useful and realistic.
