Project description
Our task is to redesign an existing company using AI technologies. In collaboration with our stakeholder Helpr.ai a company that helps organizations become AI-first we applied our approach to Skilsstown, a real-life company. Rather than developing a purely theoretical model, we chose to rebuild and redesign a specific part of the company as an AI-first prototype. This allowed us to practically demonstrate how AI can improve internal workflows, decision-making, and customer interaction. The main challenge lies in integrating AI in a scalable, effective, and ethically responsible way. Our project explores how such a transformation can enhance productivity, improve services, and support a future-proof business model.
Context
Skilsstown operates in the education and training domain. The company provides personalized learning and coaching services to individuals and organizations, focusing on skill development, personal growth, and lifelong learning. Their offerings combine digital tools with human expertise to create adaptive and engaging learning experiences. As the demand for flexible and scalable learning solutions grows, Skilsstown is exploring how AI can help improve service delivery, streamline internal processes, and better support both learners and coaches.
Results
The most important outcome of our project is a working proof of concept that demonstrates how AI can be integrated into key systems within the education domain. We developed and tested several AI-driven components that support personalized and scalable learning experiences:
- A course recommendation system that converts a CV into relevant learning paths, helping users find suitable training opportunities.
- An automated podcast generator that creates audio content from text-based input, supporting auditory learners and enhancing accessibility.
- An AI-powered quiz generator that creates customized quizzes based on course content, enabling self-assessment and reinforcing learning.
These solutions add value by increasing efficiency, personalization, and accessibility in education, supporting the broader goal of making learning more adaptive and future-proof.
