Remanufacturing data – LSAT for performance and DPP generation
Smart Systems
Semester programme:Master of Applied IT
Client company:TNO ESI
Project group members:Martin Dimitrov
Project description
The main questions were: "What possibilities does the LSAT tool provides to the Festo line at TQ?" and "What data can the LSAT tool provide in terms of DPP data?". The design challenge of the project was how to model the Festo line as accurately as possible and how and what data to present for DPP data.
Context
The project domain is production and focuses on exploration for performance analysis of already available machine and the preparation in the next step in EU production transparency: the Digital Product Passport.
Results
The most important results are the creation of the Festo model which is fairly accurate, the model modularity which allows for performance exploration and analysis and the ability to produce synthetic product data for DPP exploration.
About the project group
My previous education is ICT & Technology Bachelor here at Fontys. The project duration was around 1 semester, I have spend around 4 day per week on the project specifically. I have worked with close connection with experts on the main tool of the project.
