Lots of enthusiasm for the AI Midterm Event at the #FontysICTInnovationLab!
Each semester, students from the AI Core, AI for Society and AI Advanced semesters work on the potential and social impact of AI.
Tuesday 7 May was the moment for some 200 students to show at StrijpTQ from about 30 stands what they have managed to do with AI so far for their clients. Among them were assignments around journalism, making complicated online texts understandable, a real AI-produced short film and assignments around smart skateboards. In between, coordinator Danny Bloks gave a fascinating presentation on the latest striking AI news.
The next AI Midterm Event will take place in November 2024. Hope to see you then!
