Project description
A narrative driven game with RPG elements, where players explore the concept of Actions and Consequences through the world of the Tarot.
Context
For our semester, we made a game based upon the project description within Unity.
In this game, you travel the mystical world of the Tarot in search of who you really are, where you meet various people, face both their and your own challenges, and in doing so, learn more about yourself and the world around you as you journey to the Stone Tower, where you will be judged on your actions throughout your adventure.
Be careful though, as your decisions leading up to the Tower also influence the way you progress through the story. Certain decisions you make can alter your journey and even yourself, and you need to think about how YOU want to go through the story
Results
While we couldn't make a full game within the semester, we are proud to be able to present a demo of the game that acts as the first introductory chapter.
About the project group
We are Arcane Journey, and we believe that every game is an adventure, including learning how to make and design them. We make games for people to enjoy, but also to learn more about game design ourselves and spread that knowledge with the public so they may also one day make their own games.
