Project description
Phillips is unable to create a meaningful & engaging training regime for new engineers. They already attempted a card game which failed due to a lack of educational engagement & entertainment.
We were commissioned to create a digital game for Phillips to help train their new engineers and assist them in understanding the values and importance of reliability within Phillips.
Context
Our project is an educational video game at its core. It aims to be a fun puzzle simulation experience, while also educating the player about reliability principles of Philips in product engineering.
Results
We believe we hit all realistic goals within reasonable achievability for the Project. This is because we were able to complete our proof of concept such that all meaningful and planned features from both the project participants and the stakeholders were implemented.
About the project group
Our group, dubbed JADD Interactive is a 4 person group organised under my leadership. Our project was divided into 5 sprints that lasted a total of 15 weeks. We divided our responsibilities so that each member would focus on a particular field, allowing our personal specialisations to be exploited to their maximum extent by following our legally binding consultation agreement. Our overall workflow was methodical and organised, prioritising efficiency and documentation.
