Building future-proof professionals together

We would like to introduce you to Anke Bardie. She recently joined Fontys ICT as Business Developer LLO. In this role, she focuses on strengthening the Fontys network with organizations and companies in the region.Together with these partners, she develops learning and development programs that are closely aligned with practice.

Why LLO? Lifelong learning is not a luxury, but a necessity. The speed at which technology, the labor market, and society are changing requires professionals to continuously update their knowledge and skills. This poses an enormous challenge for knowledge institutions such as Fontys: working with companies to shape how we can connect learning and working in a smarter way.

Our strategy is clear: we see partnership as the starting point. In co-creation with companies and organizations, we develop learning activities and solutions, ranging from customized training and hybrid learning environments to short courses and guidance for professionals in their field of work. Together with our partners, we focus on current themes such as AI, data-driven working, cybersecurity, and Smart Industry.

Anke would like to invite you for a chat. “Let's explore together the challenges your organization faces in terms of professionalizing its employees, and how we can help.”

Feel free to contact her at a.bardie@fontys.nl – “I look forward to meeting you and working together to build a future-proof region.
