How can we effectively implement a survey system and mobile application with a focus on scalability, deployment, and user engagement to quantify and monitor the employee turnover rate in the healthcare industry?

Context

The number of employees in the healthcare sector in Belgium and the Netherlands is in decline. Samen Aan Z wishes to create a survey application to find the reasons behind this decline and get the information needed to solve it.

Results

We have created a web survey application, as well as a mobile application for this purpose. We have deployed the entirety of the code and have a completely functional application.

About the project group

We are six ICT & Software Engineering students, currently studying Enterprise Software. We spend most of the time in TQ (3 days) working together on the group project. We work in sprints that last 3 weeks, have regular standup meetings, and generally work in an agile way.
