Project description
Main question: "How can data produced on Hauzer machines be used to increase the value for the customers?"
Goal of the project: "Bring added value to Hauzer's clients by providing them the ability to track, compare and evaluate the batches' performance from machines supplied by Hauzer"
Context
Founded in 1993, Hauzer has made a name for itself as pioneer in PVD coating equipment. Hauzer uses their creativity, engineering skills and relentless customer focus to create coating systems that make a difference – both in the businesses of their customers and in the lives and work of the people who use their products.
Hauzer has decades of experience in creating top-of-the-line coating systems. This has led to a wide range of mature, proven coating technologies in our respective fields. Hauzer’s embrace of engineering as a core focus has resulted in a joint portfolio of PVD, PACVD, CVD, CVA and CVI solutions that is unique in the world.
Hauzer is able to deliver solutions that are long-lasting, sustainable and future-proof, because they focus on collaboration. With Hauzer’s suppliers, international universities and research institutes, and with fellow IHI group companies, including globally active coating service provider Ionbond. Hauzer still has machines in the field that were first commissioned decades ago – made possible by our commitment to service, innovation and upgradeability.
